All services are subject to availability.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided through our website, phone, email, social media, or in person are estimates only.
Final pricing may vary depending on:
Vehicle size
Vehicle condition
Existing paint or glass condition
Previous aftermarket installations
Additional labor required
Requested upgrades
Custom installations
A final price may be confirmed following an in-person inspection.
4. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:
Weather
Equipment failure
Product availability
Staff availability
Vehicle condition
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Customers will be notified as soon as possible if an appointment must be rescheduled.
5. Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to reserve an appointment.
Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits may be non-refundable if an appointment is canceled without sufficient notice or if the customer fails to appear for the scheduled appointment.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate vehicle information.
Remove personal belongings before service.
Arrive at scheduled appointment times.
Remove valuables from the vehicle.
Inform us of any previous paint work, wraps, tint, coatings, repairs, or modifications.
Failure to disclose previous repairs may affect service results.
7. Vehicle Condition
Every vehicle is different.
Existing conditions including:
Rock chips
Scratches
Oxidation
Rust
Previous repaint work
Body filler
Clear coat failure
Overspray
Cracked glass
Existing tint damage
may affect installation quality or longevity.
Exclusive Auto Tint & Wrap is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions.
8. Window Tint
Window tint requires a curing period after installation.
During this time:
Small water pockets are normal.
Slight haziness is normal.
Optical distortion may temporarily occur.
Customers should not roll down tinted windows until instructed.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect warranty coverage.
9. Paint Protection Film & Vehicle Wraps
PPF and vinyl wraps adhere directly to painted surfaces.
Removing film or vinyl may reveal:
Previous body repairs
Weak paint
Factory paint defects
Existing clear coat failure
Poor repaint work
Exclusive Auto Tint & Wrap is not responsible for paint lifting caused by existing paint conditions or previous repairs.
10. Ceramic Coatings
Ceramic coatings are designed to provide long-lasting paint protection but are not permanent or indestructible.
They do not prevent:
Rock chips
Scratches
Collision damage
Improper washing damage
Chemical abuse
Proper maintenance is required to maximize performance and longevity.
11. Auto Detailing
Detailing improves the appearance of a vehicle but cannot permanently repair:
Torn upholstery
Deep scratches
Paint failure
Burned paint
Severe oxidation
Permanent staining
Structural damage
Results depend on the vehicle's existing condition.
12. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Cash
Major Credit Cards
Debit Cards
Approved Financing (if available)
Failure to make payment may result in collection efforts where permitted by law.
13. Cancellations
Customers are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice before canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Missed appointments or repeated cancellations may require a deposit before future appointments are scheduled.
14. Warranty
Certain services may include manufacturer warranties or workmanship warranties.
Warranty coverage varies by product and installation.
Warranty does not cover:
Abuse
Neglect
Improper maintenance
Automatic car wash damage
Accidents
Acts of nature
Chemical damage
Modifications performed by third parties
Failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions
Customers should retain proof of purchase for warranty claims.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exclusive Auto Tint & Wrap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
